EMT-staffed first aid stations are located in the Northwest Territory next to Lumberjack Falls and next to the Wave Pool in the water park section.

ATM Automated teller machines are located next to Elephant Ears, in the arcade and in the covered area next to Village Cafe.

Baby Care Centers Diaper changing facilities are located in or near each restroom. Also, splash wear diapers may be purchased at Surfside Gifts.
